HEYGATES STAFF TAKE THE HONOURS AT HARPER
Three Heygates staff members were amongst the students who recently graduated from Harper Adams University College.
Anne Tustian and Peter Brown are Area Managers for Heygates and have completed a Diploma in Ruminant Nutrition sponsored by Heygates. They are already putting their newly acquired skills into practise advising customers in their sales areas in the midlands.
Charlotte Ward graduated with a first class honours degree in agriculture and animal science and also received an award for the Dairy Student of The Year. Charlotte has joined the animal nutrition department at Heygates and is advising customers as well as formulating rations, supervising quality control and administering the dairy costings scheme. The team of Heygates nutritionists, led by Dr Wilf Retter, is available to give advice to customers by telephone or through the website contact form.
Harper Adams University College is one of the leading agricultural training institutions in the UK and several Harper graduates have joined the Heygates team over the years.
